Equi Consultancy Partners is proud to announce that we have been accredited as a Living Wage Employer by the Living Wage Foundation.
The Living Wage is an hourly rate set independently and updated annually. It is calculated according to the basic cost of living in Australia and is higher than the national minimum wage. Employers choose to pay the Living Wage on a voluntary basis because they believe their staff deserve a fair day's pay for a fair day's work.
